Who we are

GreenFlow SEM(“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital marketing agency based in San Diego, CA, United States, serving clients nationwide. This policy explains what information we collect through https://www.greenflowsem.com(the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide directly:when you submit a quote, audit, or contact form, or book a call, we collect the details you enter - typically your name, email address, phone number, business name and website, the services you’re interested in, your approximate budget, and anything you write in a message field.
  • Usage and analytics information: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site - pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, approximate (city-level) location, and how you found us. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
  • Client billing information:if you become a client and pay online, payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. See Stripe’s privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and the Site is not directed at them.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
  • To schedule and conduct strategy calls and audits you ask for
  • To deliver, bill, and support ongoing client engagements
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve it
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers we share data with

We share information only with the service providers required to operate this Site and respond to you, each bound by their own privacy commitments:

  • Vercel - hosts this website
  • Resend - delivers form submissions to our inbox by email
  • Google - analytics (Google Analytics 4), calendar booking, and business tools
  • Sanity - content management for pages and blog posts (no visitor data)
  • Stripe - payment processing for clients
  • Automation tooling (n8n) - routes form submissions into our own systems as a delivery backup

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics 4 (names beginning with _ga) to distinguish visitors and measure traffic. These are not used to identify you personally. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or enable your browser’s tracking-protection features. The Site works fully with cookies disabled.

Data retention

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required for tax and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained under Google Analytics’ standard retention controls.

Your rights (including California residents)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time through our contact form. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request its deletion, and the right to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Since we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, no opt-out is needed. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes the law requires.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to lead information is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and material changes will be noted prominently.
